About the Role
Location:Mexico - Remote
The Analyst, Data & Application Managementis a key member ofVeralto’sGlobal HR Shared Services organization. This role supports the delivery of high-quality HR operations throughaccuratedata management, system administration, reporting, and process optimization.
The successful candidate will playan important roleinmaintainingHR data integrity, supporting HR technology platforms, and enabling efficient service delivery across a global organization. Working closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders, this position contributes to a data-driven and digital-first operating model through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and effective use of technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities across global HR platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence toestablishedprocesses and service levels.
Maintain HR data integrity by supporting audits, controls, and data quality activities while proactively resolving discrepancies.
Delivertimelyandaccuratereporting and data insights that support operational and business decision-making.
Support HR systems administration activities, including access management, testing, enhancements, automation initiatives, and data validation.
Identifyopportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance service delivery through automation and digital capabilities.
Develop,maintain, and auditknowledgearticles, process documentation, and work instructions to ensure alignment with standard operating procedures.
Participate in cross-functional projects, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and data migration activities that support the evolution of Global HR Shared Services.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, ora related field
3–5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday andservice managementplatforms.
Professionalproficiencyin English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills witha high levelof attention to detail.
Experience working with data management, reporting, and system administration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with Workday, Jira Service Management, or other enterprise HR technologies.
Exposure toautomation, AI-enabled solutions, and process optimization initiatives.
Additionallanguage capabilities.
Experience supporting global or multinational organizations.
