Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy (“Voice of the Customer”)

  • Educate key internal stakeholders on customer supply chain expectations.
  • Provide feedback on Kraft Heinz’s performance to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Build and enhance customer partnerships to create efficient supply chains that support mutual benefits, growth, and profitability.

Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze and monitor monthly KPIs to track service levels and efficiency performance.
  • Make proactive adjustments to improve performance metrics such as on-time delivery, case fill rate, and other key indicators.

Cost Savings & Service Improvements

  • Deliver specific, measurable cost savings targets and service improvements through process enhancements, corrective actions, and collaboration with logistics, planning, and customer service teams.

Innovative Supply Chain Solutions

  • Design and implement mutually beneficial supply chain programs that improve service, on-time performance, and/or reduce costs (e.g., Customer Backhaul Programs, Factory Direct opportunities).

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Participate in developing and coordinating implementation of supply chain policies and procedures that meet customer needs and align with Kraft Heinz business interests.

Sales Collaboration & Support

  • Partner closely with Sales counterparts to maximize sales through efficient supply chain offerings.
  • Stay informed on Sales initiatives and support the team in meeting targets and project deadlines.

Collaborative Forecasting & Supply Chain Optimization

  • Partner with customers to develop and implement collaborative forecasting strategies to enhance visibility, streamline processes, eliminate waste, and reduce costs and hours spent.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a supply chain-related field, with a track record of delivering consistent, positive results in supply chain management.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and ability to use technology to drive optimization.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools/technologies, including designing, developing, and implementing reports that provide actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex supply chain problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement innovative supply chain solutions that support business growth and profitability for Kraft Heinz and its customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate in a cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills leading project teams without positional authority; able to motivate and guide teams to achieve supply chain excellence.
  • Highly resilient and results-driven in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong presentation skills to communicate strategies, solutions, and results to customers, sales teams, and executive leadership.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
