EDUCATION
• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
CERTIFICATIONS
• Undergraduate degree in mathematics / computer science / statistics / economics
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Some prior related experience
• Experience in data models and data analysis
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Knowledge of relevant laws, legal codes, government regulations, agency rules, and current industry practices
• Knowledge of computer software, including relevant applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with formulation of business analytics
• Familiar with database management tools (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
• Familiar with data modeling tools (e.g., Oracle SQL Developer, Database Workbench, ER/Studio)
• Familiar with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Ability to design processes that make up a data system, and influence engineering and product directions
• Ability to interact with external database administrators, data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and technology leaders
• Ability to analyze large datasets
• Ability to write high level technical specifications and comprehensive reports

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in developing functional requirements, testing, training and implement applications.
• Assist in mining, analyzing and interpreting data and information from the data warehouse to meet specific client and business needs.
• Assist in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing Customer Relationship Management functions.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracy.
• Participate in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating sales, marketing and administrative user needs.
• Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensuring system integration.
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics.
• Identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams, and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for data constructing and maintaining processes.
• Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
• Identify and recommend new ways to streamline business processes
• Use data to create models
• Research, analyze, and interpret source data as necessary to fulfill business requirements
• Provide high level, preliminary technical specifications to be used in subsequent data modeling and integration
