Visa Global Services Inc. (VGSI) is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support onboarding, due diligence, investigations, monitoring, and other compliance risk management activities for Visa Stablecoin Platform (VSP) and related digital asset initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Director of Crypto, AML & Sanctions and support the onboarding and ongoing KYC/KYB oversight of clients for stablecoin products. The successful candidate will perform KYC, KYB, sanctions, adverse media, and enhanced due diligence reviews while helping to build and scale compliance processes that support a growing global stablecoin business.
The ideal candidate brings experience from a regulated financial institution, fintech, payments company, or cryptocurrency business and can effectively navigate ambiguity, evolving risk tolerances, and changing regulatory requirements.
