Actona Group is on an ambitious transformation journey – strengthening their commercial and procurement capabilities through data, analytics, and smarter decision-making. To support this, Actona is looking for analytical talents to join their organization in roles that combine commercial insight, procurement analytics, and business transformation.
Specifically, Actona is looking for two Analysts, one within Commercial and one within Procurement. Both roles operate at the intersection of commercial performance, procurement excellence, and transformation initiatives. Based on your background and strengths, you will naturally lean towards either commercial analytics or procurement analytics, while still contributing from a strong cross-functional perspective.
Key responsibilities for both positions include:
Developing and maintaining analytical models, dashboards, and reporting
Consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources
Supporting either commercial or procurement with analysis such as pipeline analysis, forecasting, pricing insights, tenders, cost analysis and savings identification
Preparing management- and executive-level materials
Contributing to automation and digitalization initiatives
You have a few years of experience with analytics, either from consulting or from an in-house function. You have gained solid experience with data-driven decision-making processes, reporting, and analytical work. Experience with scripting, such as SQL, python or R, is an advantage but not a prerequisite; your willingness to continuously learn and hone your skills is what really matters.
You hold a Master’s degree in economics, business, finance or a similar field and have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. This could be your first job after graduation – if so, you have gained a good understanding of analytics through your studies or a student job. Combined with a curious mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to create structure in a dynamic environment will make it a perfect first job.
Actona’s culture is defined by three core values: Acceleration, Customer-Centricity and Trust. They believe in responsibility, collaboration and continuous improvement – and offer a work environment where people are encouraged to challenge, learn, and grow. You will get to work closely with decision-makers, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape how data is used across a global organization.
