You’ll join Dexcom’s growing Commercial Excellence organization, where business partnership, data, systems, and insights come together to power commercial planning, engagement, execution, enablement, and measurement across EMEA.
The Commercial Data & CRM Operations Analyst is a hands-on partner to Commercial teams responsible for executing and scaling CRM capabilities while ensuring high-quality, reliable commercial master data. This role combines CRM platform execution with Master Data Management (MDM) operations to improve field effectiveness, data quality, and commercial decision-making across EMEA.


Where you come in:

• Build, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM / Vault features (objects, layouts, rules, workflows, reports, dashboards) aligned to commercial priorities, enabling efficient and insight-driven field execution.

• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, balancing user experience, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Operate day-to- day Master Data Management (MDM) processes, including evaluating and maintaining customer (HCP / HCO / account) data using established business rules and data quality criteria.
• Execute data quality improvements across MDM and CRM, including data clean-up initiatives, validation, and maintenance of customer hierarchies, affiliations, and attributes.
• Support MDM and CRM integration activities, including onboarding, data migration, and alignment of legacy data with current business and system requirements.
• Partner with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Operations, and IT teams to prioritize enhancements, resolve data issues, and ensure systems and data enable business processes.
• Act as a frontline support resource for field teams, managing user requests, performing functional testing and validation, and ensuring solutions are production-ready and adoption-focused.
• Maintain documentation of business rules, configurations, and data decisions, and track operational KPIs related to data quality, system usage, and process efficiency.

What makes you successful:

• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM / Veeva Vault configuration and feature deployment in a Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations environment.

•Experience working in MedTech or Pharmaceutical European commercial organizations and strong understanding of commercial data and processes.
• Strong understanding of master data concepts, including customer hierarchies, matching, merging, survivorship, and data validation.
• Experience executing data quality, data stewardship, or CRM data management activities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage both system configuration tasks and operational data workloads, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience performing functional testing, validation, and supporting user acceptance to ensure high-quality system deployments.

• Clear communicator, who can collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, field teams, analysts, and IT partners.
• Proactive, execution-oriented mindset with a focus on improving data quality, system capabilities, and user experience

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,307.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
