Join a high-performing team supporting small to medium enterprises with up to $150 million in turnover and commercial debt from $1 million to $50 million. Our clients are exclusively in the medical and health sector, GPs, dentists, specialists, pharmacies, and veterinary practices. We deliver tailored financial solutions across transaction banking, cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and trade finance.

We’re seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to join our collaborative team. This client-focused role offers exposure to sophisticated commercial deals, particularly in unsecured finance, where cash flow analysis is key. The complexity of these deals provides an excellent opportunity to deepen your technical expertise.

Your Role.
As part of the Relationship Management team, you’ll contribute to client satisfaction through insightful analysis and strategic support. You’ll work closely with Relationship Executives and product specialists to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What you will do

  • Conduct financial modelling and analysis to assess lending risks and opportunities.

  • Prepare credit submissions for new facilities and coordination of deal execution through documentation and funding.

  • Manage client annual reviews, term extensions, and support new lending proposals.

  • Prepare accurate and timely loan applications using market data and portfolio insights.

  • Collaborate with Relationship Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Generate reports and monitor portfolio performance.


What You will Bring
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss, loan structuring, securities, and cash flow.

  • Experience writing and analysing credit transactions and annual reviews.

  • Exposure to commercial banking reporting.

  • A background in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 accounting firm, with a desire to broaden your career in banking.

  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
