  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop commercial strategies for projects, including offtake structures, auction participation, and Requests for Proposal (RfP) bids.
  • Develop key beliefs for RWE core markets and technologies and work with internal and external price forecast teams to produce consistent and coherent outlooks.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain analytical tools and models (e.g., Python, Excel) to evaluate project value and market opportunities.
  • Improve internal processes by enhancing data workflows, automating analysis, and applying tools such as SQL and AI.

Your powerful skills

  • Understanding of power markets, energy systems, or renewable energy economics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with complex datasets and extract key insights

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders

Beneficial but not a must:

  • Demonstrated initiative in improving workflows, tools, or processes
  • Experience with energy modeling, forecasting, or market analysis
  • Familiarity with databases, automation, or AI tools for analytical work

Experience and Education:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (professional or academic) in energy, data analysis, engineering, economics, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (engineering, economics, mathematics, data science, or similar)
  • Advanced degree is a plus

What we value most is passion, a willingness to learn, and a determined-resilient work ethic. Even if you do not yet meet all the criteria above, we would still like to hear from you.
