The Analyst, Co-Brand Marketing will support the development and execution of marketing strategies across Wyndham’s co-branded financial products portfolio, including credit card, debit card, and international initiatives. This role is responsible for campaign execution, performance analysis, and day-to-day coordination across internal teams, bank partners, and agencies. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing organization.
This is a remote role based in Saint John, New Brunswick. Team members attend in person collaboration days, training, and business meetings.
• Support execution of marketing campaigns across acquisition and existing cardmember lifecycle initiatives
• Own and update inventory of marketing assets and placements (e.g. guidelines, creatives, URLs) to support seamless campaign execution
• Analyze campaign performance and develop insights to optimize targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness
• Assist in the development of marketing plans, briefs, and campaign calendars aligned with growth objectives
• Partner with Analytics and Finance teams to track KPIs (e.g., NAA, purchase volume, engagement, ROI) and report on performance trends
• Coordinate with internal teams (Loyalty, Digital, Product, Merchandising) to support integrated campaign execution
• Support management of external partners, including bank issuer and marketing agencies, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing and offer optimization
• Assist in the preparation of executive presentations, reporting, and business reviews
• Proven success driving acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-5+ years experience in marketing strategy, co-brand credit cards, financial products, or related fields
• Strong partnership management experience (banks, networks, and/or agencies)
• Experience in international markets and product launches is preferred
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
