The team you will be a part of

The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

This role in summary

The Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence. This position bridges the gap between commercial execution and backend operations by managing order placement, supporting in-store sales, and supervising internal inventory controls. The ideal candidate will leverage their background in Finance or Business Administration, along with SAP expertise, to manage key commercial data (such as claims and allowances) and collaborate effectively with regional, multicultural teams.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Order & Sales Management: Input customer orders into the system and provide active support to close sales for walk-in retail customers.

  • Pipeline Follow-up: Execute rigorous follow-ups with prospective clients on pending quotes to maximize conversion rates.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor and verify internal inventory levels to ensure seamless store replenishment and accurate stock control.

  • Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze daily sales reports to track performance and KPIs.

  • Contract Management: Oversee, review, and manage sales contracts and customer agreements.

  • Commercial Tracking: Update and maintain internal tracking controls to provide business visibility on key financial metrics (including allowances, co-op advertising, and claims).

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently in the final year) in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in commercial, marketing, or customer service roles, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

  • Systems: Hands-on experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems).

  • Technical Skills: Strong sales acumen, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
