The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. About the role
Canadian Blood Services is looking for Regular Full-time Analyst - Business Systems III to join our dynamic IT External Customer Experience team.
The IT External Customer Experience team is responsible for day to day software application support and planning. This includes researching, analyzing, defining, recommending, developing/configuring, testing, implementing and supporting IT Business Solutions for Canadian Blood Services in collaboration with client groups and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will facilitate, coordinate, and work with team members to collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, to deliver value towards current business problems. You will be responsible for identifying and completing complex tasks as part of an overall project or initiative. These tasks include, but are not limited to, requirements (use cases, user stories, epics) gathering/analysis, iteration/project planning, iteration/project/release coordination, test case creation/execution, and problem management coordination/trending for existing business systems. The role also involves coordinating between other IT departments to complete infrastructure and other enabling services for new and existing business systems.
