As a Analyst Business Systems based in Bangalore, you will drive and support various Supply Chain applications from inception to sunset. You will act as a vital bridge between business needs and technical solutions, helping our global teams adopt new technologies, resolve system issues, and optimize process efficiencies to reduce supply chain costs and achieve better outcomes.

You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and globally connected Supply Chain Business Systems team. We partner closely with international stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics, and IT, as well as external suppliers. Our team thrives on seamless cross-functional communication, leveraging modern tools to deliver high-quality system integrations across multiple supply chain applications supporting multiple time zones and regions.


What You Will Do

  • Manage SC Applications Lifecycle: Lead and support business applications through all phases, including configuration, testing, knowledge, training, roll-out, and continuous improvement.
  • Bridge Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to translate complex concepts smoothly between business users and IT users.
  • Analyze End-to-End: Apply a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes to solve issues affecting both your local region and the global organization.
  • Support & Resolve: Provide fast, reliable support for key Supply Chain applications (like Coupa and Ariba SCC) by resolving helpdesk tickets through ServiceNow.
  • Test & Implement: Participate in cross-functional teams to execute system upgrades, test new application releases, and build robust integration test plans.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience 3 to 6 years of professional experience working with business systems.
  • Education A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field of study.
  • Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of direct procurement, supply chain, supplier management, and accounts payable (AP) finance processes
  • SAP MM or Ariba hands on experience, Reporting & Analytics skills, Procurement (S2P) experience, Master Data support, Supply Chain knowledge,Service Now exposure
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written) for clear and concise business communications
  • Strong Computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft office applications (Ex. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, one Note, co-pilot)
  • Ability to grasp business problems, set goals, objectives, and provide solutions
  • Team player, contribution-motivated, flexible, ability to work with stake holders in different locations across Molex to support & achieve common objectives

What Will Put You Ahead

·System Expertise Proven experience in helping and resolving business user issues and providing ongoing support for SC applications

·Testing & Integration Skills Ability to derive functional business scenarios, build test plans, and confirm processes across functional modules.

·Project Delivery & Methodology Experience managing projects using established methodologies—driving outcomes within scope, gaps, cost, and time schedules.

·Training & Enablement Background in developing end-user training materials, and training stakeholders or external business partners.
