The Hub strengthens the technology foundation that supports our business worldwide, working in close partnership with teams across regions to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions at scale.
Designed as a long-term investment, the Pune Hub will advance newer digital capabilities such as automation, data, AI, and cloud, and will include roles spanning end user services, application development, and enterprise platform teams.
Together, these teams will help Edwards operate more efficiently and accelerate innovation in support of our mission of advancing patient care.
How you’ll make an impact:
• Identifies issues, troubleshoots and drives for the root cause based on application knowledge and expertise. Takes an end-to-end view of problem analysis across the dependent business processes and supporting applications. Uses knowledge articles to aid in problem resolution and contributes actively to the knowledge database including end user articles.
• Fulfil service requests including data management activities where mass update is needed or when end user has limited privileges, e.g. providing access to applications, building dashboards, and reports.
• Participating in testing of features before release where required.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships by having close follow-up and collaboration with stakeholders (solution architects/ vendors/ technology & operations teams) to resolve issues or requests raised in a timely manner and meeting agreed service levels as well as KPIs.
• Seeks to know and understand the key stakeholders. Applies sound judgement and escalates where necessary. Provides clear and regular communication to end users and co-workers via oral and written communications.
• Identifies opportunities, participates and contributes actively to improvement initiatives (in collaboration with various stakeholders) that will bring about operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.
• Build a good understanding of the business processes and applications you support, including how systems integrate and the impact when services are unavailable.
What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Systems Analyst role related.
• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience in an application support or IT support role.
• Good understanding and knowledge of ERP enterprise information systems (such as JDE, SAP, MES) , Finance application (such as SAP, Coupa, Concur) or Contract management application.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, rapidly changing environment to support interfaces with multiple systems
• Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and highly matrixed environment, collaborating with IT teams, business partners, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse backgrounds, cultures, and time zones, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Demonstrates knowledge of IT best practices. Familiarity with ITIL principles or certification is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a clear sense of responsibility, commitment, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Proactive and self‑driven, with a positive and continuous‑improvement‑oriented attitude.
• Goal‑oriented and able to prioritize work independently based on business impact, urgency, and service commitments.
