We’re Hiring: Insurance Trainer

Location: Onsite - DXC IPC Mckinley Taguig

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall endorsement of trainees to operations

• Able to create detailed and structured Training Pan

• Prepares training materials and aids

• Conducts highly effective training sessions may it be virtual or face to face

• Evaluates post training sessions

• Work with operations to identify training gaps and provide refreshers as deemed fit

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course

• Must have at least 2-4 years worth of actual training experience via face to face/virtual for at at least 15 or more people per class

• Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding and background

• Should be methodical, creative and competent in the training field

• Quality presentation skills

• Enthusiasm for lifelong learning

• Flexible working hours- ability to work in shifts and adapt to new demand; Multitasker

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adept at listening, questioning, explaining and giving feedback
