WHAT'S NEW AT APTAR
We have an exciting position open at Aptar Querétaro Analyst - Business Partner Administrator, Global Master Data Governance, reporting to the Business Partner Team Lead This position is based in Queretaro, México.
The Querétaro Jr. Business Partner Administrator, Global Master Data Governance will focus on the following main tasks:
- Review and approve change requests in SAP MDG related to creations and changes of Business Partner data (Customers, Vendors, and Contact Persons)
- Assist users globally for those who initiate the change request and other Business Partner-related topics
- Coordinate with external Vendors to collect necessary documentation and data related to the P2P Indirect process
- The responsibility is to ensure business partner data is maintained accurately between Aptar’s various systems.
This role is based in Aptar Mexico-Queretaro, one of Aptar’s GBS (Global Business Services) centers to leverage synergies in working with other departments housed in the same center.
THIS IS HOW HIS JOURNEY BEGINS.
Drive the GBS projects from its early stage to the end in all different aspects of the project.
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting standards.
- Follow & report on a regular basis (monthly or more often if necessary) the status of the project including the risk analysis, the cost of the projects and the KPI to the SteerCo team. Manage Go / NO Go decisions with the Steerco team and or any other strategic decision impacting the project.
- Lead the organization of the project team & make sure to have the proper resources in competencies & capacities available for the project with GBPO, GBS GLT, HR and IS team
- Segregate the projects into different stage gates according to general Project Management methodology
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines both globally and on a day-to-day basis from early stage to post go live support.
- Manage all open items elements of the project and make sure they are delivered on time, following the time line of the project.
- Manage the project team & coordinate the transformation and the risk matrix analysis.
- If necessary organize & coordinate with the HR team and the GBS GLT leads the necessary employee recruitment planning and processes.
- Follow and coordinate with the GBS controller the full financial impacts of the project planning and means. Participate in the savings evaluation and ROI evaluation.
- Organize & coordinate with the GBS leads and IS team the Change Management and training sessions
- Organize and coordinate with the SOX Controls team the changes to be done on the controls, auditors.
- Organize & coordinate with the GBS leads and IS team the GAP analysis on all different aspects of the project as well as the validation of the Business Blueprint.
- Organize and coordinate the UAT and parallel sessions with GBS teams, IS and local teams.
- Organize & coordinate the Cut Off activities with GBS teams, IS and local teams.
- Organize and coordinate the post go live activities with lessons learned, new developments adjustments in organization if needed.
- Organize the knowledge transfer with the GBS Operations, GBS Change Management, IS team and all necessary employees.
- With the GBPO’s , Operations Director and IS team coordinate the implementation of new necessary policies, to meet the objectives of the project.
- Make sure with the project team that the changes are in line with SOX Controls and Aptar Policies and or local Policies.
- If necessary, organize the review and changes of the SOX Controls with Internal Audit team and project management team.
- May have to participate to Global projects that are moved to the Americas Region to be sure that the Global standard requirements are implemented correctly.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ON THE TRIP
- Education
- University degree in scientific or business-operations related field or Apprenticeship or Relevant Experience
- Language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2-level or above in English)
- Foreign language skills, a plus
Skills/Abilities – MUST HAVES
- Work experience in a global team, a plus
- SAP experience, a plus
- Reports to work when scheduled and on time
