Royal Caribbean Group’s Inside Sales Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Business Development reporting to the Director, Bussines DS&Host TravelPartnerRel

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

The Host AccountExecutive is responsible for working with the Host AgencyDirector, specifically focusing on the implementation and execution of our 2nd phone field program for identified Host Agency partners. This includes having full knowledge of 2nd phone field options/capabilities that are availableIt will also require creative, outside the box thinking, to meet the various needs of our partners. Liaise with key personnel from IT, Automation Support, Sales Administration as well as our Royal Caribbean Group sister brands to ensure a successful role out for each Host Agency partner.

Make sales presentations & conduct training seminars to small/large audiences to promote the brand, specific ships, programs and destinations. Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts including revenue growth, volume growth, and product specific targets. This role involves extensive travel, business reviews, and any events required by the travel partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain relationships with Host Agencies and their Independent Contractors (IC).

  1. Identify strategic initiatives with Host Agency Manager based on IC engagement priorities.

  1. Execute, in conjunction with the Host Agency Director, customized IC training plan to include face to face, ship tours, local events, as well as Webex.

  1. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for implementation of 2nd phone field program.

  1. Responsible for complete knowledge of all Royal Caribbean International products, services, and brand representation.

  1. Works with cross-functional departments to ensure execution of sales goals.

  1. Must be able to travel extensively.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University, preferably in a related field, or combination of education and experience.

  • Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing or a combination of education and years of experience.

  • Travel industry background preferred.

  • Must be assertive, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and self-starter.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have strong organizational/presentation skills.

  • Proven outside sales experience required;

  • Must be able to travel extensively.

  • Position is based in the Miami HQ office.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to use advanced business and sales knowledge to make decisions, use sound judgment, negotiate effectively, and deliver results.

  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.

  • Ability to use multiple communication and interaction methods to collaborate effectively, get results with others, and develop customer champions.

  • Ability to display the highest level of personal integrity, take responsibility for personal and organizational results, and proactively develop greater ability.

  • Must be proficient in communication skills including (but not limited to) Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • To successfully adhere to the responsibilities stated, this individual must be prepared to travel 40 plus % of the time.
