As an Analyst - Business Data, you will play a critical role in preparing, validating, cleansing, and harmonizing product and operational data to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) conversions and broader data governance initiatives. Working cross-functionally with business and functional teams, you will ensure data consistency, accuracy, and readiness for migration by reviewing and refining detailed records across multiple ERP systems and data domains. In addition to supporting data transformation efforts, you will analyze customer, product, and company data to identify trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using business intelligence tools, execute recurring and ad hoc analyses, and partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that improve reporting, system functionality, and business outcomes.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
