Job Description

About this Position

  • Support regional Henkel Adhesive Business/SBU controlling, to provide in-depth financial analysis across APAC and contribute to the continuous improvement of process efficiency as well as standardization.
  • Closely work together with commercial team and country finance/controlling team, ensuring data integrity, transparency of business performance & commercial control as well as providing strong financial decision support and analysis, drive business growth.

What you´ll do

  • Steer closing, prepare rolling forecast, and manage annual budget setting. Analyze monthly business performance (vs. PY, Plan, Forecast).
  • Provide and consolidate high quality, clear and useful reports and financial information to support management in best informed decision making.
  • Manage and steering product/production COGS cost.
  • Manage spending items, including but not limited to sales incentive, rebate, commission.
  • In-deep and comprehensive analysis initiatives based on business dynamics, with change leadership. Ad-hoc analysis / presentations / tasks.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / FP&A / Controlling or related field, qualified CICPA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Advance numeracy, accuracy and excellent attention to details.
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities and business understanding.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills, digital skills and international working experience a plus.
