About this Role


We are seeking a detail‑oriented Business Cases Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and benefit case tracking for TechVR. The individual will act as a finance partner, ensuring accurate monitoring of actuals versus benefit cases, preparing consolidated monthly reports, and providing insights that support decisions across TechVR, TechV Management, and Finance stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Track financial performance by analysing actuals versus benefit cases and ensuring data completeness and accuracy.
  • Support benefit case management, including updates, validations, and documentation of financial drivers and spending trends.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on spend versus business cases, budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts across cost categories and projects.
  • Estimate monthly expenses by reviewing prior trends, month-to-date information, and relevant non-financial indicators.
  • Conduct analyses, studies, and forecasts to support decision-making and performance reviews.
  • Participate in business case preparation, including rate card updates, simulations, and pricing recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to clarify and challenge business case inputs and assumptions.
  • Engage in ad hoc projects, identifying and tracking financial implications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Extract and reconcile financial data from SAP, VIBE, PPM and Anaplan systems, and support correction of basic postings.
  • Ensure timely delivery of presentations, submissions, and ad hoc reporting.
  • Actively contribute in meetings by sharing insights, observations, and financial expertise.Manage ad hoc requests from direct management, the CFO, and group stakeholders.

Who you are

  • University graduate in Accounting or Finance, ideally with a professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA a plus).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a finance environment.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and RAS accounting standards.Skilled in SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinker with problem‑solving capabilities and sound judgement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with incomplete or evolving information.
