You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

How you will contribute

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Billing File Review: Meticulously review and validate billing files received from BPO vendors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Periodic reconciliation of billing to ensure no value leakage.
  • SAP PO Submission: Regular updates of all POs for BPO vendors.
  • SAP GRN Submission: Prepare and accurately submit Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) into SAP for relevant company codes, ensuring timely and correct financial recording.
  • Accounts Payable Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to proactively monitor and resolve overdue or missing invoices, facilitating prompt payments.
  • BPO Vendor Liaison: Maintain a strong working relationship with BPO vendors to ensure the timely receipt of billing files and the accurate submission of invoices as per agreed billing schedules.
  • Contractual Validation: Analyze approved Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders, validating that all services and costs are properly reflected and justified in the billing files.
  • KPI Dashboard Support: Support the maintenance and updating of the BPO Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard, contributing to performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Service Delivery Issues/Incident Management, Issue Resolution: Oversees resolution of Severity Incident Management; ensures operationalization of Incident Protocol Management Framework. Monitor and track issues raised by the business regarding BPO services, working towards effective and timely resolution.
  • Monitor and support execution of BCP with service providers at MBS delivery centers in the event of a disaster (event based).
  • Access provisioning - Ensure Partner adherence to Controls (Lan ID, Job Roles, RPA / Bots) Handling access related escalation & Control activities.
  • Period-End Closing Support: Provide comprehensive support to the BPO team during financial closing periods, including the preparation and submission of relevant accrual requests.
  • Monitor and support the progress of in-scope migrations to BPO vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in BPO operations, vendor management, finance, or analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, financial reconciliation, and accounts payable cycles.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly with GRN processes and general financial modules.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret contracts (SOWs, Change Orders) and validate financial data.
  • Adaptability- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, and willingness to learn new tools and methodologies as needed.
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, especially during month-end or quarter-end closings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
