A senior associate is a mid-level professional responsible for a variety of tasks within an organization. Senior associates are seen as leaders within their teams and are expected to possess a strong level of expertise in their field.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily account setup operations and team workload.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and data governance policies.
• Handle escalations related to account creation delays or errors.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring data issues.
• Collaborate with IT for system enhancements or bug fixes.
• Review and approve non-standard or high-risk account setups.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure team compliance.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new team members.

Skill Requirements

• Team Management: Ability to assign tasks, monitor workloads, and support team performance.
• Escalation Handling: Resolve complex or high-risk account setup issues.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring errors and implement corrective actions.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT, finance, and compliance teams.
• SOP Maintenance: Update and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coaching Skills: Mentor junior staff and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
