Global Business Practices Order Management/ Deal Strategy Support- Specialist Job Description Requirements Critical Skills ● Order Management Agents are responsible for processing simple to complex orders, and handling inquiries from the client with high accuracy and efficiency. ● Use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions. ● Follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Graduate of any 3/4 year degree; ● Preferred knowledge in Order Management and Salesforce/Oracle ● Excellent communication skills - oral and written ● Strong Decision making and Analytical Skills ● Solid Communication Skills for both oral and written ● “Googley” Mindset (Out of the box thinking) ● Researching Capabilities ● Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow. ● Monitor and evaluate all order issues and resolve in discrepancies in production metrics and ensure a high level of accuracy ● Process oriented and excels at attention to detail ● Management of the communication with the sales department and other stakeholders ● Can work with minimal supervision
