YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing you an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while developing in a very familiar environment. You will learn on the go about the behind-the-scenes processes related to your role and how Bacardi works worldwide with all its brands. You will have the chance to build strong relationships and networking by providing support to our internal clients and maybe even enjoy one or two mojitos to celebrate with them and your team Bacardi’s milestones.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

• Work on Procure to Pay (PTP) migration tasks.
• Customer Service: Provide direct support to our internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate team projects.
• Regular contact with the suppliers and internal/external stakeholders.
• PTP Key Performance Indicators analysis control.
• Daily contact with other functions in PTP to monitor End to End PTP process.
• Identify and develop process improvements and drive efficiencies (Quality products)
• Support quality audits to the team.
• Attend corporate and BES trainings.
• Coordinate training of new team members and develop training material.
• Coordinate with IT to resolve issues related to the system.
• Support the team with questions related to the system and the processes.
• Support with process controls, internal and external audit
