ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an AV VC Asset Management to play a key role in the day-to-day management of IT assets. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate asset data within the CMDB, supporting asset lifecycle processes, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will also develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights into asset inventory, utilization, and depreciation, helping drive informed business decisions and operational efficiency.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managefrequentasset data loads and updates to the CMDB, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for asset tracking and depreciation.
Support the asset lifecycle process, including asset registration, tracking, and decommissioning.
Collaborate with procurement, finance, and warehousing teams to ensure seamless asset flow and accurate data capture.
Conduct regular audits of asset data and stock, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and process guides for asset management activities.
Provide timely and clear communication to stakeholders regarding asset status and reporting.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in asset management analytics.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
3+ years’ experience in asset management or data analytics within enterprise environments.
Strong skills in ServiceNOW, CMDB management, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process improvement orientation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, business, or related fields.
