Our Sydney-based Structured Lending Solutions (“SLS”) team leads the Mid-Market Financial Sponsor (“MMFS”) activity within Australia. Working closely with the Corporate and Institutional Banking (“CIB”) Global Large Corporate (“GC”) and Corporate Banking, International Mid-Market (“IMM”) relationship teams, our SLS business helps originate and execute event and complex lending opportunities for our Australia & New Zealand CIB client base. This includes both public and private companies and covers some of Australia’s largest and most iconic names as well as earlier stage, higher growth corporates.
The Structured Lending Solutions team works across both Corporate and Leveraged transactions and taking on this role, as an Analyst or Associate, will provide you with an unparalleled range of transaction experience and exposure to a wide array of structures. As part of your role, you will work closely with other members of the Structured Lending Solutions team to support Relationship Managers across Australia and New Zealand, a range of capital financing specialists including the Leveraged, Acquisition and Syndicated Finance team as well as local and regional risk colleagues.
Reporting directly to the Head of Structured Lending Solutions for Australia and New Zealand, this exciting role is suited to candidates with strong corporate credit analysis, financial analysis and financial due diligence skills, with demonstrated experience developed in a transaction execution team.
