Job Title: Analyst / Assistant Manager – IT Developer

Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ
Experience: 1–5 Years

Salary: 60K-80K DOE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst / Assistant Manager – IT Developer to join our growing team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of hands-on experience in software development and data-driven applications. You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems while supporting business and operational initiatives.

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java, Python, and React
  • Write and optimize complex queries using SQL / PL-SQL
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Support development and maintenance of web-based platforms and internal tools
  • Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning
  • Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, documentation, and best practices
  • Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in software development or IT analyst roles
  • Strong programming experience in:
    • Java
    • Python
    • React (JavaScript framework)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / PL-SQL for database management and querying
  • Understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Korean is a plus)
