Provides day-to-day support for the Authority's Asset Management Program at the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant by maintaining asset information systems, supporting data quality and governance, and assisting with the development of reports and analyses that support operations, maintenance, engineering, and asset management activities. Maintains and enhances the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and related business systems to ensure accurate, reliable, and accessible asset information. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support asset lifecycle management, business process improvements, and data-driven decision-making while performing a variety of technical, analytical, and administrative duties in support of the Authority's asset management objectives.

Key Working Relationships: Interacts with employees throughout DC Water and various software providers.
The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.
Three (3) years of experience, including at least one (1) year supporting the operation, maintenance, repair, engineering, construction, or lifecycle management of physical assets in environments such as wastewater or water treatment facilities, pumping facilities, utility operations, power generation, facilities management, engineering consulting, construction, or comparable industrial infrastructure.
Minimum Education Requirements:Associate degree in Information Technology, Engineering Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field from an accredited college or university, and two (2) years of experience supporting business systems, enterprise applications, asset management, operations, maintenance, engineering, or related technical functions; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Required Skills: Experience with data analysis, reporting, or database work in a professional or academic setting.Required Licenses & Certifications: N/APhysical Requirements: General office conditions
Preferred Experience:Experience with CMMS/EAMS platforms (Maximo, JDE, Cityworks, etc.), utility operations, or asset management.Preferred Education Requirements:Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.Preferred Skills:Demonstrated experience with Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Office, Power Query/DAX
