Support Artwork Operations activities by coordinating artwork change requests, managing end-to-end artwork supply chain activities, and ensuring the timely delivery of compliant, high-quality print-ready artworks. Contribute to operational excellence through adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting internal and external stakeholders across global markets

Major Accountabilities

  • Coordinate artwork change requests from initiation through closure. Manage artwork workflows to ensure timely delivery of print-ready artworks.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP requirements, regulatory requirements, and local market specifications. Support artwork lifecycle activities within defined service levels and operational KPIs.

  • Ensure documentation complies with GMP and internal quality procedures.

  • Timely escalate deviations, risks, and operational issues.

  • Support investigations, CAPA development, and implementation activities.

  • Complete all required training before performing GxP activities.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, manufacturing sites, regulatory teams, and external suppliers.

  • Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress.

  • Capture stakeholder feedback and identify service improvement opportunities.

  • Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.

  • Assist in updating SOPs, work instructions, process maps, and operational documentation.

  • Maintain dashboards, operational trackers, and timesheets.

  • Support artwork-related projects including divestments, transfers, site transfers, new product launches, and mergers.

Minimum Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, IT or related scientific discipline.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in Artwork Operations, Packaging Operations, Regulatory Operations, Supply Chain, or related pharmaceutical functions.

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of artwork management processes and packaging components.

  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Exposure to artwork management systems and workflow tools preferred.

  • Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, or reporting tools is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills (English language).

  • Attention to detail and quality mindset.

  • Basic project management capabilities.

  • Ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.
