
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Analytics & Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of experience in campaign analytics, performance marketing, and end-to-end digital marketing strategy execution. This role requires strong analytical ability and deep digital marketing expertise to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable ROI.
Preferred skills and experience:
Must-Have Skills
1. 5–6 years of experience in marketing analytics and digital marketing.
2. Strong command of SQL, Excel/Sheets, Tableau.
3. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and campaign management.
4. Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
5. Ability to convert complex data into simple insights.
6. Good communication and storytelling skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
1. Experience with Python, Pyspark or R for advanced analytics.
2. Knowledge of incrementality testing.
3. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Clickstream, Ads, and Google Analytics) and the data they generate.
4. Experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Analytics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in a digital-first company, performance marketing agency, or consumer-tech brand.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization.
2. Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and retention metrics.
3. Create Strategies to Build out new Digital Marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and set measurable goals.
5. Perform analysis across digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social, email etc.) to identify trends, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
6. Experience on advanced tools (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Hadoop, etc.) along with SQL Python and tableau (Good to have) to extract insights and create compelling, decision-driving reports and dashboards.
7. Knowledge of A/B testing, Hypothesis testing and experimentation strategies, providing analytical insights to optimize campaign performance.
