About the Role

To support effective communication between the Agency Team and Agency Force by ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of business updates, campaigns, and key initiatives, while providing coordination and administrative support for agency events, projects, and operational activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute agency communications through approved channels, including WhatsApp, email, and internal platforms.
  • Support the communication of sales campaigns, contests, business updates, product launches, and agency initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of communication materials such as announcements, FAQs, presentations, newsletters, visual content, and leadership messages.
  • Coordinate communication requests and ensure timely dissemination of information to the agency force.
  • Maintain communication calendars, distribution lists, and agency communication platforms.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and support communication requirements.
  • Ensure communication materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with Company guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support for agency communication activities and projects.
  • Support the coordination and execution of agency events, meetings, business trips, and other agency activities.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements including venue booking, transportation, accommodation, registration, catering, and event materials.
  • Provide on-site support during events and meetings as required.
  • Track action items, meeting logistics, and project follow-ups to support timely execution.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports related to agency activities.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and agency leaders.
  • Support the supervisor and team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel communication systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Burmese is a must
  • Prior experience in reputation management for a business is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of content development for internal communications (eg. Newsletter, Social Media messages, email updates)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow up and track information across teams.
  • Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & comfortable with digital platforms (eg. WhatsApp & Outlook)
  • Outstanding written communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills. Ability to adapt style and messaging for a wide variety of channels and audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with colleagues across a range of skills and expertise.
  • Ability to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously, troubleshooting to meet deadlines
