This person will execute quantitative analysis and problem solving to develop in-depth business-relevant insights, scenario based assumptions and forward-looking analysis. Utilizes data from databases, internal reports, market/business trends, and/or financial statements in analysis. Plays integral role in strategy development and associated risk management.. In this role you will help us make data driven decisions by:

• Performing analysis to drive change within the business
• Quantifying and propose risk/reward trade-offs of recommendations
• Contributing to strategic and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results
• Applying knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data
• Providing analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations
• Contributing to complex analytics projects which require technical knowledge
• Performing ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
• Engaging in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in analytics
• Bachelor's degree in related field
