Join us as an “ Analyst - Administration & Management", where you will provide subject matter expertise on India employment legislation, Regulatory Requirements, and Organisational compliance procedures. In this role, you will support the organisation by offering guidance on complex employment law matters, interpreting statutory requirements, ensuring that policies and processes reflect current legal standards and attend various hearings with the regulators . You will partner with various stakeholders to drive fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee practices across the organisation.
To be successful as an " Analyst - Administration & Management”, you should have experience with:
Required Skills:
Management of executive, managers or team calendars and overseeing timely responses to meeting invitations and requests.
Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring timely and efficient travel for the executive or team.
Proactively anticipating the needs of the executive or team, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.

This role will be based out of Gurugram.
