Job Description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Accounting Rotational Program at Royal Caribbean Group. This program is designed for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in accounting and are looking to gain hands-on experience in various areas of accounting.

As an Accounting Rotational Program participant, you will be exposed to a variety of accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax, and more. You will work in a team-based environment and receive guidance and support from experienced professionals.

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will challenge your skills and abilities, and help you develop a broad range of accounting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a series of rotations in various accounting functions, including financial accounting, management accounting, tax.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, general ledger entries, and other accounting functions.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.

  • Participate in financial and operational audits.

  • Develop a strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Seniors or recent graduates with an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, and/or quantitative degree program

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher and proven leadership skills either in school or professional experience

  • Graduate by December 2026 or May 2027

  • Proven capability to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of critical thinking

  • Strong quantitative skills

  • Ability to think strategically while managing the details 

  • Desire to go above and beyond what is required

  • Eligible to work in the United States
