We're Hiring | Sourcing and Screening Specialist – eClerx Egypt

eClerx Egypt (Maadi) is looking for a Sourcing and Screening Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screening CVs and conducting initial phone/video screenings
• Assessing candidates against role requirements and qualifying them for recruiters
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinating with recruiters to support hiring needs across accounts

What we're looking for:

• 0–1 year of experience in sourcing, screening, or recruitment (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good English communication skills — written and verbal
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
