Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain operational activities and reporting requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports accurately and on time.
• Monitor and update operational trackers and business reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities.
• Perform data validation and maintain data accuracy across reports.
• Support purchase order (PO) related activities and documentation.
• Adhere to defined processes, timelines, and service quality standards.
• Handle multiple tasks effectively while meeting business deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic understanding of the Supply Chain lifecycle and business processes.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in MIS Reporting, Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or related domains is preferred.
• Knowledge of Purchase Order (PO) creation will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work in Afternoon and Evening shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with international customers or stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Graduate with Accounting major or equivalent 0 - 1 Year
