Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for an analyst in the Quality and Risk Management team. In this team, your responsibilities will be to support firms with performing a risk assessment of prospective or new clients. This will include:
—Establish strong professional relationships with onshore team members engaging with stakeholders with respect to delivery, SLAs, escalating urgent requests.
—Complete tasks in line with the agreed SOP and SLA, provide regular updates on work pipeline, discussions with onshore teams
—Use internal and external research systems/databases to perform desktop research. This will include company websites, regulatory websites, stock exchanges amongst others
—Research and collate required organizational information from various external and internal tools
—Analyze the client corporate structure, its affiliates, service line and people of the firm to be Independent from the Audit client with regards to different regulatory authority
—Perform the checks for potential conflicts with information on Affiliated persons, Subsidiaries, and investor company website
—Update internal system with correct organization Tree to reflect new additions or changes
—Document your assessment with a good writing skills in English
—Strong ability to perform due diligence that enables the person to perform Independence related checks on various audit and non-audit clients
—Able to run self-reviews on the deliverables and ensures SOP and checklist are always followed with zero defects

Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute. Preferably commerce/finance background.
Work experience
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage)
•Strong delivery management skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
•Works well within a team environment.
•Adaptability to a dynamic environment often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to document analysis in clear, concise business language
•Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to explain risks and issues to team members and management
