We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst to join our Business Operations – Estimations team and play a key role in supporting strategic commercial tender submissions and financial analysis. Reporting to Head of Estimation, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of commercial bid submissions.
• Coordinate the commercial bid process to ensure submission timelines are achieved and targets are accomplished in line with corporate strategy.
• Develop financial models and conduct financial evaluations to support major business proposals and tender submissions.
• Provide commercial, accounting and financial advice to internal governance stakeholders, assessing scope, conditions, risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing, proposal development and estimate handover activities while identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance and reduce costs.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong financial modelling, analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare and analyse P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse labour costs, operating expenses, risk and profit to support major bids and commercial tender submissions.
• Experience supporting pricing reviews and evaluating commercial risks and opportunities within complex service contracts and tender environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to present financial and commercial analysis to senior stakeholders, including clients and executive decision makers.
• Successful analytical experience in a similar business environment, with Facilities Management industry experience essential.
