Roles & responsibilities
We are recruiting for an Analyst in the UK CRM team. In this team, your responsibilities will include delivering and executing project(s) on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients (onshore teams). In addition, you will be required to:
1. Account Validation & Data Quality
•Review and validate CRM account records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 against defined data quality standards and business rules.
•Identify and remediate incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant account records, including missing fields, incorrect classifications, and outdated information.
•Perform periodic data audits to assess CRM data health across assigned accounts and sectors.
•Raise and track data quality issues in line with governance protocols and escalation frameworks.

2. Account Deduplication
•Identify duplicate account records using system tools, manual review, and data matching logic within Dynamics 365.
•Execute merge, retire, or consolidation actions on duplicate records in line with approved deduplication rules.
•Maintain a deduplication log documenting actions taken, decisions made, and approvals obtained.
•Collaborate with data governance leads to refine deduplication criteria and thresholds over time.
3. User Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement
•Reach out to account owners, relationship managers, and business users to validate account information, confirm ownership, and obtain missing data.
•Draft and send structured data verification requests; follow up and track responses within agreed SLA timelines.
•Liaise with multiple global member firm teams to coordinate data corrections and approvals.
•Maintain a communication log and escalation tracker for unresolved or overdue user responses.
4. Data Integrity Management
•Monitor ongoing data integrity across the CRM account hierarchy, including parent-child relationships, account classifications, and sector assignments.
•Support regular data cleansing cycles, including bulk updates, mass imports/exports, and integration data reconciliation.
•Investigate root causes of recurring data quality issues and propose systematic fixes.
•Assist in data migration activities, ensuring account data accuracy before and after system changes.
5. Process Documentation
•Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assigned data management processes, including validation, deduplication, user outreach, and data correction workflows.
•Document process maps, decision trees, and escalation flows to support team knowledge management and onboarding.
•Maintain a process change log, recording updates to procedures driven by system changes, policy revisions, or operational feedback.
•Contribute to a centralised process documentation repository accessible to the broader CRM data governance team.
6. Reporting & MIS
•Prepare regular status reports on data quality metrics, deduplication progress, user outreach response rates, and SLA adherence.
•Contribute to CRM data governance dashboards and MIS reporting infrastructure.
•Flag trends, anomalies, or risks to the line manager with supporting data and recommended actions.

Educational qualifications
•Qualifications: Graduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute
Work experience
•0-1 year of business relevant experience in a similar role for a large multinational company (Experience in a professional services firm would be an advantage). Data management experience preferred.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
•Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (account management, data views, workflows, and bulk edit functionality).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, cleaning, and reconciliation (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting).
•Familiarity with data governance concepts: data quality dimensions, master data management, and data lineage.
•Exposure to CRM reporting tools, dashboards, or Power BI is an advantage.
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach to data review.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global stakeholders.
•Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritise effectively under deadlines.
•Proactive problem-solving mindset with ownership of assigned data quality outcomes.
•Collaborative team player with experience working in offshore or shared services environments.
