Job Description

• Must have working knowledge on GDS (any)
• Must have knowledge of working on GDS
• Must have knowledge of Refunds, Fares & pricing
• Travel certification is required.
• Must have knowledge of different fare and routing types
• Good communication skills
• Good Travel geographical knowledge
• Maintaining high accuracy, productivity standards and should have willingness to learn.
• Will have interaction with clients through email for query resolution and should build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, be flexible and change-ready in a dynamic work environment.

  • Handle travel bookings and related services using any major GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Process refunds, fares, and pricing accurately in accordance with company policies and airline guidelines.
  • Apply understanding of different fare rules, routing types, and ticketing procedures to support customer requests.
  • Engage with customers through email for query resolution, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers while delivering exceptional service.
  • Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards, ensuring error‑free work and adherence to SLAs.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Adapt to new processes and changes within a dynamic work environment with a willingness to learn.
