Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance, strategy, or consulting.
• Experience working with clinical, claims, and financial data.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong experience with SQL and/or data querying tools.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
• Working knowledge of healthcare databases, EHR systems, and claims platforms.
• Familiarity with statistical or analytical software (R, Python, SAS, or similar) preferred.

Knowledge & Competencies

• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Value-Based Care).
• Knowledge of healthcare finance, cost accounting, and revenue cycle.
• Understanding of quality metrics, risk adjustment, and population health.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in hospital systems, health plans, consulting firms, or large physician groups.
• Experience supporting ACOs, CINs, or managed care organizations.
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms.
• Certification in healthcare analytics, finance, or project management.
