We're seeking someone to join our team as a Resource Planner in Operations Div. Management to support our workforce strategy - including resource management transactions and reporting, working with senior business management stakeholders, and various business processes including staffing plan updates, labor budgeting, recruiting facilitation, vendor management and resource onboarding.

What you'll do in the role:
- Process transactions/tasks within coverage area
- Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
- Follow escalation framework, taking responsibility for identifying, escalating and preventing issues
- Raise issues, question others and offer solutions/ideas
- Effectively coordinate with management to ensure resource transactions are approved in line with policies
- Process resource transactions in a timely fashion, according to the daily, weekly and monthly cycles
- Support various headcount processes by liaising with hiring managers, HR, and vendors as required to ensure projections are accurate
Actively manage controls and approval processes around recruiting/onboarding of positions in alignment with headcount and labor spend targets
Work closely with project portfolio team to translate project demand into systems while managing against workforce strategy constraints
Ensure data integrity is maintained in different systems of record by addressing data exceptions {D Part 2: Scope of Role What you'll bring}
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to build trust and find innovative ways to improve teamwork, functions/processes and create a positive work environment
- Understanding of business area supported, client requirements, and importance of not compromising control to comply with client requests

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with experience in building dashboard analytics; Excellent written & verbal communication skills: ability to clearly and concisely communicate with internal and external partners cross-divisionally- Superior relationship management skills to build and maintain solid engagement with key stakeholders- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and capable of setting direction- Good problem-solving skills- Exposure to labor budgeting processes and concepts
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
