Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Operate and maintain laboratory analytical instruments including GC,moisture analyzers, refractive index analyzers, specific gravity analyzers,colorimeters and other testing equipment.
• Conduct manual titration and other laboratory analyses accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate test data, identify abnormal results, investigate potential causes and report quality deviations in a timely manner.
• Review sample conditions before testing and assess the validity, accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
• Complete testing records, laboratory documentation and quality reports accurately in accordance with GMP, ISO and company quality requirements.
• Support laboratory housekeeping, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Work independently in a rotating shift environment and collaborate effectively with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to support business operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Diploma or above in Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of laboratory or quality control experience in food, flavor, fragrance, chemical, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industries.
• Hands-on experience operating laboratory analytical instruments such as GC, moisture analyzers, refractive index analyzers, specific gravity analyzers and colorimeters.
• Good understanding of laboratory testing principles, sample preparation and analytical methods.
• Proficiency in manual titration techniques and routine laboratory operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize abnormal sample conditions and identify quality issues.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and laboratory data recording systems.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts when required.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working in flavor, fragrance, food ingredient, food manufacturing or chemical production industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, HACCP or other quality management systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) or other laboratory data management systems.
