Purpose
Troubleshooting problems with a wide variety of production units and customer reclamations, when required
Responsibility
Root cause analysis of faults both on product and in production line. Address Quality issues and root causes to responsible PE, Production leader, QE
Tasks/Duties
1. Fast reaction on quality issues
2. Fast feedback on faults to enable corrective actions to be taken as quickly as possible.
3. Quality awareness in the whole assembly process.
4. Demand assistance from other areas if there is a risk of a serial quality fault.
5. Update troubleshooting and scrap databases with all necessary details for each unit fault.
6. Suggest improvements through the regular STF meetings.
7. Carry out weekly 5S activities.
