In this role, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel through active prospecting and qualification activities, ensuring high-quality opportunities for the sales team.

• Conduct active outreach to potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels, identifying fit with the ideal customer profile
• Engage in consultative conversations with business owners, managers, and IT professionals to understand operational needs before presenting solutions
• Qualify leads rigorously and schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the sales team with relevant business context
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline organization, ensuring traceability of all interactions and activities
• Contribute to the evolution of scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies through testing and iteration
• Participate in team meetings, bringing market insights gathered from daily prospect interactions
