This is an opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making through impactful Business Intelligence solutions.
You will design and develop Power BI dashboards while supporting medium- to high-complexity data and analytics projects.
The role combines technical development with business interaction, requiring you to translate requirements into effective reporting solutions.
You will work closely with key users, project leaders, and internal teams in a collaborative digital environment.
Your expertise in Power BI, DAX, M, SQL, and data platforms will help transform complex information into actionable insights.
The position also offers exposure to automation, application development, and evolving data technologies.
Based in Ribeirão Preto, the role follows a hybrid or fully remote working model.

• Create, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions, including medium- and high-complexity projects.
• Support the team with ongoing data and analytics projects, contributing technical expertise and practical solutions.
• Develop technical documentation, business rules, assumptions, and specifications required for new developments.
• Translate business and user requirements into effective reporting, visualization, and data solutions.
• Build and optimize metrics using DAX and M, ensuring reliable and meaningful analytical outputs.
• Work directly with key users and project leaders, supporting requirement gathering, alignment, and project execution.
• Work with data sources such as SharePoint and Data Flows, as well as SQL Server databases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives involving Power Platform and related data and automation technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
• Proven experience developing Power BI projects, preferably involving medium- to high-complexity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and metric development using DAX and M
• Mandatory experience working with SQL Server databases
• Experience with SharePoint and Data Flows
• Strong communication skills, particularly for gathering, clarifying, and documenting business requirements.
• Understanding of project and product management principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Collaborative and service-oriented approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-focused, organized, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work efficiently.
• Experience with Power Apps is a plus.
• Knowledge of REST/RESTful APIs, VBA/VBScript macros, or Power Automate (MS Flow) is considered an advantage.
