Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracy
  • Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholders
  • Analyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions
  • Manage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supply
  • Track and mitigate backorders (BO) to minimize customer impact
  • Support business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication
  • Oversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitions
  • Ensure supply readiness for key projects
  • Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH)
  • Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment

Expected Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Engineering (Production, Industrial, Logistics)
  • Economics
  • Statistics or Mathematics
  • Preferred:
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics
  • Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting

Differentiators (especially in LATAM/global environments)

  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish
  • Experience in regional or multi-country environments
  • Familiarity with complex supply chains
