O que você fará
Realizará as rotinas de importação, internação e exportação, emitindo documentações inerentes aos processos para órgãos federais, estaduais e municipais, faturas comerciais, pakclist, certificados de origem, observando o cumprimento da legislação da ZFM e procedimentos internos vigentes.
Acompanhará processos, visando desembaraços e prestação de informações confiáveis às exigências legais. Realizar contato com órgãos reguladores, transportadoras, seguradoras, clientes e fornecedores no exterior, a fim de acompanhar os resultados obtidos e cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos.
Selecionará o tipo de transporte mais adequado a cada mercadoria dentro do catálogo de fornecedores previamente definidos e homologados, identificando a necessidade do cliente e adaptando aos procedimentos internos, visando cumprimento de prazos previamente negociados e o melhor custo, bem como atendimento às regras de transporte nacionais e internacionais.
Realizará contato com fornecedores estrangeiros, para cuidar da manutenção do cadastro importador/exportador.
Auxiliará na confecção de contratos de compra, venda, financiamento; auxilia nas rotinas de cotação de moeda.
Quem estamos procurando
Formação superior em Administração, Logística e áreas correlatas.
Inglês B1 - nível intermediário
Experiência nas rotinas de comércio exterior.
Noções das legislações aduaneira e ICMS, aplicadas a ZFM.
Conhecimento no SISCOMEX.
