Accountabilities:
The role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations while supporting clients with reliable information and organized processes. You will contribute to daily finance activities, process improvements, and the continuous evolution of financial practices.
- Execute financial routines including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and cash flow control.
- Support the organization and maintenance of financial processes, controls, and operational workflows.
- Analyze financial information and contribute insights to support business decisions.
- Assist with administrative activities related to finance operations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial data and reports.
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and optimize financial operations.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining deadlines and service quality.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has experience in financial operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset, customer focus, and willingness to continuously learn are essential for success in this role.
- Experience working in finance roles, preferably within service companies or similar environments.
- Practical knowledge of financial routines such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, billing, and cash flow management.
- Understanding of basic accounting and tax concepts applied to financial operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis, and automation features.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and digital productivity platforms.
- Knowledge of SaaS finance solutions and their applications in financial management.
- Familiarity with AI tools for process optimization, information analysis, and productivity improvement.
- Academic background in progress or completed degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.
- Understanding of startup environments and the challenges of growing companies.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams is preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a client-focused approach.
