This role is part of a dynamic procurement and contracts environment, focused on ensuring the efficient execution of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management processes within a structured and regulated framework. You will play a key role in supporting end-to-end procurement activities, from contract preparation and bidding processes to supplier validation and documentation control. Working in a highly process-driven setting, you will interact with multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational continuity. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative and contractual workflows simultaneously. You will contribute directly to the governance of procurement activities, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. Accountabilities:

• Manage procurement and contracting processes, including contract creation, amendments, closures, and administrative support for bidding and direct contracting activities.
• Prepare and process contractual documents using standardized templates, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Operate procurement systems such as SAP MM and Petronect, including purchase requisitions, e-forms, supplier records, and contract tracking.
• Validate documentation, supplier compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with public procurement laws and internal policies.
• Organize, archive, and maintain physical and digital documentation within systems such as BDOC, ensuring proper record control and traceability.
• Support supplier onboarding, extension, and certification processes, including extraction of compliance documents and contract reviews.
• Assist in audits (including SOX compliance), reporting activities, and internal controls documentation, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Monitor contract workflows, update schedules, and generate reports to support visibility of procurement activities and milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Production, Construction, or related fields.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes within large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM module and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Familiarity with public procurement legislation and regulations (e.g., Laws 8.666/93, 13.303/16, 14.133/21 and related frameworks).
• Experience with technical documentation, contract management, and administrative procurement workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and descriptive statistical analysis is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
• Ability to work effectively in structured, compliance-driven environments with cross-functional interaction.
