Responsabilidades e Tarefas da Função
Gerenciar a abertura de chamados, gerenciar acessos de usuários, fazer o acompanhamento e monitoramento destes usuários, realizar instalações e configurações de hardware e software e dar suporte técnico aos colaboradores.
